Art Deco Navajo 800 - 925 Silver Kingman Turquoise Concho Belt and Buckle c1940

This offering is for a matching set of 5 oval hand worked coin to sterling silver conchos (each approx 2 7/8 x 2 5/8 inches - each weighs approximately 1.3 ounces on my postal scale) set with oval cabochon turquoise gems - assume Kingman mine, 6 smaller hand worked butterfly spacers, (each measures 2 1/8 x 1 1/8 inches, approximately 12 grams each) also set with oval cabochon turquoise gems - the buckle, (measures 3 7/8 x 2 5/8 inches - weighs 3.5 ounces) also set with 4 matching natural blue kingman turquoise gemstones - I bought these pieces without a leather belt and have cut an older piece of leather belt to facilitate photography - currently measures 45" total length - holes are 37-41") - the original leather would have had an additional wide panel that would have backed the conchos - to create a striking wide belt. Each oval concho is slightly domed with hand chasing decoration from the top side - all silver acid tests at least 800 -925 / 1000 silver - no marks of any kind - no maker's mark - assume Navajo - the strap holders appear to be copper - completely black tarnished as I found them - family history claims that this belt belonged to Danish Hollywood actress Osa Massen -.
