Antique Native American Leggings - Beaded Hyde Strip

I do not know what Tribe these came from but they are in real nice condition. They are 3 feet in length and 13 1/2" wide. It also has a shoulder drape ? It is 50" long and 12 1/2" wide. I was told it is some kind of trade cloth but the fabric sure looks like Civil War Union Kersey Blue?  Not sure but they do seem to be early and rare? The bead work is really nice and am not sure what the trim band is made of! No returns and will be sent insured priority mail.
